Bird Tree Urban Farm
Kristina Metzlaff is the owner, farmer and wings of Bird Tree Urban Farm right here in Revelstoke. She has .33 of an acre (including the house) and is focused on high intensity urban food and flower production. Although there is no organic certification, her practices focus on sustainable and natural systems.
Terra Firma Farms
Terra Firma is Revelstoke’s own certified organic farm, specializing in garden transplant and heirloom vegetables. Their crops are grown using ecological and sustainable practices. Terra Firma is a mentor and inspiration to so many smaller urban farms in our town. They were also named Business of the Year in 2017 at the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce. We are so glad they are back to join us fo the 5th Annual Festival!
Blue House Farm
Blue House Farm, located on four acres of hillside on Hwy 23 North is the home of John, Alison and Nikolai Lapshinoff as well as a flock of free ranging laying hens, two happy pigs and a lot of vegetables. With a passion for fresh, healthy, made-from-scratch food, we aspire to be as self-sufficient as possible and are excited to be a part of Revelstoke’s growing local food culture.
Rocky Ridge Farm
We are a certified organic garlic farm in Mara, BC. We sell fresh and dried garlic from our farm and local farmer’s markets. Rocky Ridge Farm, a favourite in Revelstoke, has been at the Revelstoke Garlic Festival since it’s incarnation.
Curly Willow Farms
Curly Willow Farm near Grindrod, is home to Doug Saba and Cathy Stubington . Doug runs the farm and Cathy is the artistic director of her own puppet theatre, Runaway Moon Theatre, which has its home on the farm. They grow and sell a whole range of veggies and berries and, of course, garlic, that they sell at two farmers markets and three stores in the area. On our small farm are many, many Curly Willow trees.

Monashee Spirits is a small-batch craft distillery in Revelstoke, BC, creating unique and award-winning certified organic spirits using locally sourced products and ingredients. Together, with Track Street Growers, we have made a bold and vivid blend of naturally-grown garlic and hot peppers from Track Street and infused them into our organic vodka. This Garlic Vodka, made for the Festival, defines local Farm to Glass in every manner and will spice up any Caesar you add it to!

From everyday meals, to camping trips, back to school or just a nice house warming gift we have something for everyone. Our Gourmet Soup Mixes contain all natural ingredients. We add no salt, which makes our soups low-sodium and they contain NO MSG. We pride ourselves on using LOCAL products when possible and when in Season. Michele’s Dawg Waggin
Michele’s Dawg Waggin is excited to be returning to the Revelstoke Garlic Festival this year. Come and enjoy a hot dog, a smokie or our new to the menu, Honey Garlic or regular Bratwurst. We will be serving these up with a smile. Unfortunately we no long serve our Quinoa Clucker. There will be lots of fixings, especially some garlic flavors so bring your appetite!
The Popcycle is a small local business that manufactures and sells frozen treats made with natural ingredients. We make 30+ exciting flavours including many dairy and gluten free. This business was created to empower young teenagers (12-15yrs old). It enables them to be responsible with money management, to deal with the public and to make decisions. Each summer we employ 10-12 kids to get them ready to enter the work force. Last November, we were very lucky to win the best home based business excellence award given by the Chamber of Commerce and we hope to be able to keep moving forward and expand our wholesale team. As well as the Popcycle Trike, our ice pops are available at the Modern Bakery, Skytrek and Enchanted Forest, RMR R-Gear Retail Shop, Kicking Horse Mountain General Store and at Blind Tiger Vineyards.

We turn refurbished bike gears and rotors into beautiful stained glass suncatchers, trophies and business card holders. We also have a small assortment of stained glass pieces.
Everything Under the Sun
Cathy was born in Vancouver BC then raised in Kamloops BC. She moved to the Fraser Valley and attended the University College of the Fraser Valley after receiving a Provincial Scholarship for her Artwork. She graduated with honours and a diploma in Applied and Decorative Arts, Graphic Design and Communication in 1991. Since then she has been painting anything and everything! She considers herself a mixed media artist as she incorporates different materials into her artwork such as fabric, paper, and wool. She paints whimsical scenes and characters on canvases, boxes, magnets and so on. Recent shows she has done are Circle Craft, Harmony Arts Festival, Creative Chaos and many local Farmers Markets. Since her recent move to Coldstream,BC she has been inspired by her surroundings and is busy selling her art at Markets within the Okanagan.

Sherri Mariash is an herbalist based in Revelstoke, BC. She has been studying herbal medicine for nice years, focusing on fresh plants of our Pacific North West region. Her line of products includes medicinal tinctures and natural cosmetics which are all hand-made using ethically harvested or organically sourced plants. Whether your looking to support your health, beauty products or simply information about plants, come visit her table.
Laura Sand Pottery
Small batch functional ceramics handmade in a local Revelstoke garage. Laura is inspired by the beauty of the natural world which plays in to the materials, colours and hand-drawn illustrations found in her work. She enjoys the connection between pottery and good food in how they both bring people together to share in life’s simple pleasures.
